Insurance, Payments and Office Policies

Welcome to the East West Health Center. Our purpose is to improve your quality of life by offering natural, individualized health care services that promote self-healing.

Cancellation/missed appointments

24 hours notice prior to canceling is required to avoid an office charge. Full office charge is billed if you do not call to cancel.

Payment

Fees for services are due at the end of each office visit. You may pay by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.

Insurance

If you have insurance that covers acupuncture: Each policy is different and is an agreement between you and your insurance carrier. The office will provide you with a super bill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please plan to pay for your visits. You are responsible for 100% of the bill until your deductible has been met. For personal injury or in network clients insurance is itemized and billed at 100%. Certain Insurance policies may entitle you to discounts

Discounts

Discounts are available for patients who prepay for a course of ten treatments. Certain Insurance policies may entitle you to discounts.

Financial Hardship Accommodations

A payment plan or other discounts are available on a limited basis for patients who can document their financial hardship, Enrollment is limited and must be in place before treatments are started.
